very good Swedish/ Norwegian language knowledge - written and spoken to have the motivation to join our team first experience is not mandatory but can be a plus have communication skills have knowledge of computer use - MS Office (Word, Excel) be willing to learn new things and come up with ideas to improve communication with our clients

What do you need to do in the role of Call Center Operator? 

presentation, promotion and realization of telephone sales of portfolio products take and initiate phone calls and provide information about the services offered by our clients introducing and operating the information obtained from clients in the database
